I've installed the cPanel Varnish Plugin, now what?

No action is required from your end. The installation script takes care of installing and starting Varnish. The plugin page is available via cPanel WHM under the Plugins pane. Either search for the keyword "varnish" under WHM or navigate down the left-side pane in WHM to locate it.
